Suitable for assembling all kinds of (building) materials such as wood, stone, concrete, metal, many synthetics and polystyrene foam on porous surfaces made of stone, concrete, wood, plaster, plasterboard, etc. Also very suitable for surface welding, improves the original adhesive strength. Suitable for installing timber frames, boards, doors, battens (wood / plastic), cladding, window sills, ceramic tiles, construction boards, plasterboard, wood strips, wall cladding sheets, panels, insulation, soft and hard boards, panels, window sills, signs, house numbers, hangers, conduits, sockets and electrical boxes. Also suitable for decoration materials, such as ornaments and moldings in plaster, polyurethane and polystyrene foam.
Not suitable for:
Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, cement, permanently wet surfaces and for bonding non-porous material to non-porous substrate. When gluing plastics always do an adhesion test first. Bonding to plastics can vary depending on the type of synthetic and the quality of the plastic.
Working conditions
Apply only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Surface requirements
Both surfaces must be dry and clean of dust and grease.
Tools
Use a putty knife or spatula. If necessary, use a rubber mallet to tap. For surface bonding use an adhesive spreader (2 mm).
Cover
Wall covering sheets and panels: about 5-8 m² / kg depending on the weight of the material. Boards and timber frame: glued surface approx. 4-6 m² / kg.
Instructions for use
Depending on the weight of the material, spread the glue evenly in strips or dots at intervals between 20 and 30 cm. Always apply glue in the corners and along the edges. For surface bonding spread the adhesive in a thin layer evenly on one side using an adhesive spatula. Assemble the materials with a pushing motion and press or tap firmly together. Correction is still possible. For heavy materials fasten or support where necessary.
Stains / residues
Use water to clean tools and remove adhesive residue. Dry adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.
Storage conditions
Close the container tightly and store in a dry, cool place where there is no chance of ice forming.
