Terms of use and purchase of products through the website of the company "G STORE IKE"

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms of Use") govern the operation of the website at the electronic address gstores.gr (hereinafter "Website"), its use by its visitors (hereinafter "User"), as well as the purchase of products remotely through the online store (hereinafter "Electronic Store"), from customers (hereinafter "Customer") of the company "G STORE IKE", based in Xanthi, Address: 22 Michailidi Street, with A.F.M. 801126444, D.O.Y. Xanthi, No. G.E.MI. 149711546000, email address sales@gstorediy.gr and contact phone number 25411 81277 (hereinafter "G STORE IKE"), under the ownership and management of which it is. - Use of the Website and Online Store
2.1 The Website has been created by "G STORE IKE" to conduct e-commerce.
2.2 The Online Store has been created by "G STORE IKE" and operates for the purpose of promoting its commercial activity by displaying its products (hereinafter "Products") via the Internet, ordering and purchasing Products remotely from Customers, as well as and the two-way communication of "G STORE IKE" with Customers and Users on matters related to its activity and its Products and their relevant information.
2.3 The use of the Website and its individual elements, such as indicative texts, photographs, graphics, images, etc. (hereinafter collectively "Content"), as well as access to the features provided through it, the printing, copying and saving (download) of Content by the User and the Customer is permitted only when it serves the above commercial purpose or is done for information purposes purposes, in which case it will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of articles 10 and 11 below. Any other use is prohibited.
2.4 By using the Website alone, it is assumed that the Customer or User has read, understood and fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Use and that they are bound by them in their entirety. In the event that a Customer or User does not agree with one or more terms, he must refrain from any use of the Website and the execution of any transaction through it. - Terms and conditions for purchasing Products from the Online Store
3.1 Registration of the Customer as a member of the Online Store
a) The Customer can purchase Products through the Online Store without necessarily being registered as a member. If he wishes, he has the option of registering once during the Product purchase process. In this case, the Customer must enter his full name, the shipping address of the Products, his electronic address (email) and his contact telephone number.
b) All the above personal data of the Customer are governed by the personal data protection policy of "G STORE IKE".
c) The Customer undertakes to formalize the above information in case of change.
d) "G STORE IKE" will never ask the Customer to register via the Website or send it by email, during registration as a member or later, information related to his credit cards, bank accounts or in general any other bank data, except in the case of withdrawal from the purchase of the Product referred to in article 3.5 below.
3.2 Ordering and purchasing Products
a) The Customer, as long as he is legally competent under Greek law and wishes to purchase a Product from the Online Store, will select it and add it to his shopping cart. The description of each Product is listed next to it, as well as its price, which includes the legal VAT. When the Customer selects all the Products he wishes to buy, he will be informed by the Online Store of their total value, their shipping costs, as well as the cash on delivery and shipping costs. The Customer has the option of choosing to pay for the Products via Paypal or credit card.
b) In the event that the Product desired by the Customer is out of stock or unavailable, he will wait for a reply email and then complete his purchase and payment.
c) The ordering of the Product and the preparation of the sale is completed by the sending of "G STORE IKE" an electronic message (email) to the Customer in which all the details of the order, as entered by the Customer in the Online Store, are mentioned. In case the Customer wishes to change any element of his order, he is obliged to contact "G STORE IKE" immediately by sending a relevant email to sales@gstorediy.gr.
d) "G STORE IKE" has the right to change the prices of the Products without prior notification to the Customers. In any case, the price indicated next to the Product at the time of ordering it by the Customer is the one applicable to its purchase.
3.3 Payment for Products
a) The Customer, who chooses any point within the Greek territory as the place of shipment of the Products, can choose to pay for the Products either via Paypal or cash on delivery, or via bank deposit or credit card. In particular, the Customer, after completing the selection of the Products he wishes to purchase, selects the "Complete Order" option and enters the required information if he is not a member and
i) In case of payment by cash on delivery: The Online Store defaults to the payment method by cash on delivery. Therefore, the Customer who wishes to pay in this way will choose the "Shipment of order", will pay the value of the Products, the cost of cash on delivery, as well as their shipping cost, upon receipt of them at the shipping location stated in the order . The payment will be made to the representative of "G STORE IKE" who will deliver the Products to him.
ii) In case of payment through the online platform of the Paypal company by debiting either his bank account or his credit or debit card: The Customer who wishes to pay in this way will choose the possibility of payment through Paypal, he will be redirected to the specialist, its secure environment where it will register all the data, which are required from time to time according to the Paypal procedure. The total value of the Products, as well as their shipping costs, will be displayed as a whole on the website of the above company automatically, through the Online Store. After the approval of the transaction by Paypal and the completion of the payment, the Customer will automatically return to the Online Store.
iii) In case of payment by credit card: The Customer who wishes to pay in this way will choose the possibility of payment by Credit Card, will be diverted to the special, secure environment of the AlphaBank Bank where he will register all the details, which are required from time to time according to the Bank's procedure. After the approval of the transaction by the Bank and the completion of the payment, the Customer will automatically return to the Online Store.
3.4 Order delivery and shipping costs
a) For the shipment of the Products, "G STORE IKE" chooses General Post. For large parcels, a transport company is chosen.
b) Deliveries are made daily from 08:00 to 12:00. The time of delivery of the Products depends on the place of delivery chosen by the Customer.
3.5 Withdrawal
a) The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Product, free of charge and without informing "G STORE IKE" of the reason for withdrawal, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product. The Customer bears the costs of returning the Product.
b) Withdrawal from the purchase of the Product is only possible if the Product is in the same condition as when the Customer received it.
c) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform "G STORE IKE" of his decision to withdraw from the purchase of the Product with a clear statement by letter sent either by post to the address of "G STORE IKE" stated at the beginning of these Terms of Use or by email at sales@gstorediy.gr.
d) As long as the withdrawal is exercised within the above deadline, "G STORE IKE" will accept it by informing the Customer accordingly.
3.6 Refund
a) The refund of the Customer's money in case of withdrawal will be made according to the way he chose to pay for the Product, i.e. in the case of cash on delivery via bank transfer, in the case of Paypal via Paypal and in the case of payment by credit card. In any case, the refund will be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which "G STORE IKE" was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract of purchase of the Product and after the Customer has returned in "G STORE IKE" the Product.
b) If the Customer has paid by cash on delivery, then in the request for withdrawal he will also state the bank account to which he wishes the money to be deposited, the bank where this account is kept and the IBAN number.
3.7 Customer Update
a) The Customer has the possibility to be informed about the progress of his purchase by contacting "G STORE IKE" for any matter via the telephone number 25411 81277 or via email at sales@gstorediy.gr.
b) "G STORE IKE" will contact the Customer at the e-mail address or telephone number declared by him. The Customer is obliged to inform the Online Store in the event of a change of email address or telephone number. - Responsibility "G STORE IKE"
4.1 "G STORE IKE" is not responsible for delay or inability to carry out the shipment of Products due to force majeure events, such as indicative strikes of the means of transport, etc. "G STORE IKE" in any such case is entitled to an extension for the implementation of its obligations under of the present.
4.2 "G STORE IKE" is responsible for the delivery of the Product with the agreed properties and without actual defects, however they are not responsible for the selection of the Products for which the Customer remains solely and solely responsible.
4.3 "G STORE IKE" has taken all the necessary measures, as required by normal practice, for the high-level security and protection exclusively of the Online Store, the Website and its own systems, and undertakes the obligation to upgrades its protection systems and has antibiotic programs. "G STORE IKE", given the nature of the Internet, does not guarantee the absence of viruses and is not responsible in case of damage to the equipment, software, files or other damage of the User or the Customer, which is caused by a virus.
4.4 For the security of transactions via Paypal and Credit Card, "G STORE IKE" bears no responsibility as all transactions take place in a secure environment of Paypal or the Bank respectively, where the Customer registers his card or account details.
4.5 "G STORE IKE", its administrators, as well as its employees and any partners are not responsible for any damage suffered by a User, Customer or third party from illegal and unfair use of the Website by a User or Customer, in violation of the provisions of these Terms of Use or applicable law. - Responsibility of the User and the Customer
5.1 The User and the Customer use the Website at their own risk, in accordance with these Terms of Use and the "G STORE IKE" instructions from time to time posted on the Website, exclusively and solely for the purposes referred to in article 2 hereof Terms of Use. Any other use of the Website is prohibited. The User and the Customer are obliged, in particular, to refrain from using the Website for the purpose of:
a) The collection, processing or storage of personal data of Customers of the Online Store.
b) Sending by email, publishing or generally transmitting in any way material that is illegal and infringes the rights of third parties.
5.2 The Customer, in case of payment of the Products via Paypal or Credit Card, is obliged to use exclusively a card issued in his name or his own bank account. "G STORE IKE" bears no responsibility otherwise.
5.3 The User and the Customer are required to have installed on their computer the latest updated versions of programs, operating systems, versions of antibiotic programs and related data and computer protection programs (antivirus programs, antispywear, firewalls, etc.).
5.4 The User and the Customer are responsible for any damage suffered by "G STORE IKE", which is due to their actions or omissions, as well as any illegal, non-contractual and/or unfair action by them when using the Website. - Consumer Rights
These Terms of Use do not affect any right of the Customer, which derives from the applicable consumer protection legislation. - Privacy
7.1 All personal data of the User or the Customer, sent by email to "G STORE IKE" or registered by the Customer when purchasing the Products, are and remain confidential.
7.2 "G STORE IKE" informs the User and the Customer that it will process, both itself and third parties on its behalf and on its behalf, the personal data sent to it by email or registered in it, as follows:

The User's and the Customer's access to the Website, its navigation on it, the use of its Content and the sending of orders for the purchase of Products through it are free of charge. However, the User and the Customer bear the cost of their connection to the Internet. - Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

10.4 In any case of infringement or threatened infringement of the industrial or intellectual property or the related right, including the right of a special nature of the manufacturer of the database, of "G STORE IKE" as well as of third parties, the above persons may, as the case may be, claim the enforcement civil, administrative and criminal sanctions against the person who violated or is about to violate the above rights, in accordance with what the law stipulates. - Photos

"G STORE IKE" is not responsible for the content of these websites, as they do not control them and do not maintain any relationship with their owners. "G STORE IKE" does not guarantee to Users the quality or correctness of the information contained therein.
12.2 Referencing the Website using links posted on third-party websites is prohibited without the prior written approval of "G STORE IKE". - Applicable law – Civil law
These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law. Any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Xanthi. In the event that the User or the Customer uses the Website from another country, they are obliged to comply with the legislation of that country.
