1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF PRODUCTS.

When the customer receives the products, he must check whether they correspond to his original order. He is also obliged to test the product he bought without removing the accompanying tags, in order to make sure that the product corresponds to his order. (Otherwise, it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and its return is not accepted).

The customer has the right to change the product(s), even without reason, and the right to a refund up to 14 days from the date of receipt.

If he decides that he wants to change a product, he informs us immediately electronically by email at sales@gstorediy.gr or by phone at 2541181277  notifying us if you wish to replace the product with a new one from our website. After receiving our approval, he visits or calls the nearest courier store that we will indicate so that he can pick up or deliver the product he wants to return.

A necessary condition for the return of any product is that it be accompanied by the original receipt. As long as the product is not accompanied by the proof of purchase the change cannot be accepted in no case.

In order to accept the products for replacement, you must:

  1. They must not be used and/or worn.
  2. They must not have been washed.
  3. It must not have been modified or damaged in any way.
  4. No tags have been removed.
  5. That their accompanying packaging, which is part of the product, is not missing or has undergone any modification.

 

Once the customer has selected the new product they want us to ship to them, has informed us of this, and if there is availability and the product is of equal or greater value than their original purchase, we ship the new product to the address given to us at the time of purchase. registration ofwithin 5 working days.

If there is a difference in the price of the new product, this payment is made in two ways: by cash on delivery, or by deposit to the bank account:

In the second case, in order to make the shipment, the customer must send by email (sales@gstorediy.gr) the payment receipt.

We point out that in case the customer does not want to make any changes with a product and wants to the money is returned of, shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the product. 

In any case, shipping costs for returns/exchanges are borne by the customer.

Be sure to inform the courier who will indicate to you that the return of the product will be made at a consignee's fee.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY.

THE G STORE IKE must pack all products in the best possible way so that they reach their destination without damage. In the event that the customer receives a product that has suffered serious damage to its packaging and has damaged the product as well, then this is considered defective and must be replaced.

A product that has a proven and obvious manufacturing error is also considered defective. Products that show damage due to use and wear after one month of purchase are not considered defective.

The return of products, which are considered defective upon delivery, will be accepted within (7) seven calendar days from the delivery of these to the customer. At the same time, the product must be undamaged and have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. VAT number, Retail CoC) and its complete packaging.

If any of the above problems are found, the customer must contact us immediately by e-mail (sales@gstorediy.gr) or by phone at 2541181277 and the G STORE IKE has the obligation to replace the defective product with a new one if available or with another one chosen by the customer.

H G STORE IKE in case of dispute about the defect has the right to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the defect is manufacturing or not. Of course, this requires a period of up to 10 working days. Nevertheless, the G STORE IKE will try to serve and inform the customer about the progress of the process as soon as possible.

All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available, otherwise the customer may choose any other item desired within (7) Seven calendar days.

In the return and reshipment of defective products, the customer does not bear any shipping costs.

If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.

The responsibility (due to destruction or loss) for the return of the products to the store G STORE IKE  borne by the customer. For this reason you should ensure that the product is very well packaged when returning it.

3. PROCEDURE MONEY BACK

In the event that a refund of all or part of the value of your order is required, the refund is made in the same way as the payment was made and within (5) five working days from the day of receipt of the return of the product.

To avoid any mistakes or misunderstandings, the refund will be made by our company exclusively to an account with the original customer who sent the order and not to a third party account.

The crediting time of the money in the customer's account after the deposit by our company has to do exclusively with the respective bank.

In case of purchase by Cash on Delivery, you are required to inform us of your bank account (Name of Beneficiary, Bank, Account IBAN), so that we can deposit the amount there.

In any case, the refund via Bank account is made with the following Banks cooperating with the company:

  • ALPHA BANK
  • EUROBANK
  • PIRAEUS BANK
  • NATIONAL BANK

In any case of a refund to another 'BANK', the customer will be fully responsible for all transfer costs that may arise during the transfer.
