GRIZZLY MONTAGE POWER BISON

Very strong and fast building adhesive with high initial adhesion and high final strength for interior use.

IDEAL FOR

Suitable for all types of materials: e.g. wood, Trespa^®, iron, aluminum, zinc, (stainless) steel and other metals, stone, ceramics, concrete, brick, plaster, glass, PVC, ABS, PC, PMMA and other synthetic materials (test in advance), cork and Styrofoam in porous surfaces such as wood, stone, concrete, plaster and chipboard. In all kinds of objects: e.g. boards, laths, window sills, thresholds, casing boards, slab material, insulation material, steps, cladding material, floorboards, plasterboard, ceramic tiles and polystyrene trim and frames.

Not suitable for

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, bitumen, permanently wet surfaces and for bonding non-porous material to non-porous substrate. When gluing plastics always do an adhesion test first. Bonding to plastics can vary depending on the type of synthetic and the quality of the plastic.

Working conditions

It is only applicable at temperatures between + 5 ° C and + 40 ° C.

Surface requirements

Both surfaces must be dry and clean of dust and grease.

Tools

If necessary, use a rubber mallet to tap. For surface bonding use glue spatula (2 mm).

Product preparation

Before use, open the cartridge by cutting the plastic tip with the Bison multi-tool. Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and cut at an oblique angle to the desired diameter.

Instructions for use

Apply to a firm, clean and dust- and grease-free surface. Apply in dots or stripes (10-40 cm). Press firmly or tap and allow to harden. Support heavy materials for 10 seconds. Immediately remove excess glue with ammonia. Final strength after 24 hours depending on surface and conditions.

Stains / residues

Use water to clean tools and remove adhesive residue. Dry adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions

Close the container tightly and store in a dry, cool place where there is no chance of ice forming.
