Double-sided assembly adhesive tape with extremely high initial adhesive strength.

IDEAL FOR

Ideal for quick and easy assembly, e.g. baseboards, letterboxes, construction boards, tiles, nameplates, house numbers, smoke detectors, hangers, electrical boxes and fittings. Also suitable for decorative trims and decorative edging in polyurethane and polystyrene foam on both smooth and uneven surfaces.

Working conditions

Apply to a substrate that is approximately the same temperature as the film and the rest of the environment. For best bonding apply the tape at a temperature between +15°C and +35°C with relative humidity 40%-70%.

Surface requirements

Both surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust, rust and grease.

smooth surface: 1.5 cm per kg, rough surfaces: 8 cm per kg

Instructions for use

1. Apply sufficient tape to the object (depending on the substrate: 1.3 cm per 1 kg on smooth surface, 2 cm per 250 g on rough surfaces).

2. Remove the protective sheet. Place the item directly on the correct spot and press firmly for at least 10 seconds. The initial adhesive strength depends on the substrate and ambient conditions.
