ASSEMBLY KIT POLYESTER CARTRIDGE 470GR BISON

Ideal for assembling all kinds of polystyrene foam objects on porous (absorbent) surfaces such as concrete, stone, plaster, wood and novopan. Very suitable to attach e.g. insulating boards, decorative plates, ceiling tiles, decorative materials in polystyrene foam, such as ornaments and decorative borders. Also extremely suitable for surface bonding.

Not suitable for

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, asphalt, mirror, natural stone, in permanently wet parts and for bonding non-porous surface to non-porous substrate. When you want to glue plastics always do a glue test. Bonding to plastics varies depending on the type of synthetic and the quality of the plastic.

Working conditions

Apply only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.

Surface requirements

Both surfaces must be dry, clean and free from dust, rust and grease. One of the two surfaces must be porous (absorbent).

Tools

Spatula, silicone knife or carving knife. Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Product preparation

Before use, open the ampoule by cutting the plastic nipple at the top of the ampoule with a sharp knife. Screw on the nozzle and bevel to the desired diameter.

Cover

2.5-3.5 m² / kg, depending on the nature of the substrate.

Instructions for use

Apply glue in dots ((ø 3-4 cm) in the center and corners of the tile or frame. Apply more dots on tiles or frames larger than 40×40 cm and/or thicker than 1 cm. The distance between the ends it should be about 30cm Slide the tile or frame directly into the correct position and sand with hands.

Stains / residues

Remove fresh stains immediately with a damp cloth. Dried glue stains no longer dissolve but can then be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions

Close the container tightly and store in a dry, cool place where there is no chance of ice forming.
