MONTAGE KIT TRANSPARENT CARTRIDGE 150gr BISON

For bonding and joining many building materials to almost all substrates, including polystyrene foam, wood, metal, synthetics, ceramics, stone, plasterboard and (cellular) concrete. Suitable for interior applications such as timber framing, boards, cladding, laths, thresholds, window sills, plasterboards, sheets and insulation materials, decorative edging and decorative materials. It only applies if at least one of the two surfaces is porous.

Not suitable for

It is not suitable for welding materials under pressure, PE, PP and bitumen.

Working conditions

The temperature of the environment, the glue and the materials to be glued must not be lower than +5°C.

Surface requirements

Both surfaces must be dry and clean of dust and grease.

Tools

Silicone gun and rubber mallet.

Cover

With spot welding: 5-8 m² / kg. Strips: one container is enough for about 8-15 meters of glue (depending on the diameter of the cutting nozzle).

Instructions for use

Depending on the weight of the material, spread the glue evenly in strips or dots at intervals between 20 and 30 cm. Always apply glue in the corners and along the edges. For surface bonding spread the adhesive in a thin layer evenly on one side using an adhesive spatula. Assemble the materials with a pushing motion and press or tap firmly together. Correction is still possible. For heavy materials fasten or support where necessary.

Points of caution

The glue is white when it comes out of the cartridge. When it dries it becomes transparent. Depending on the materials and environmental conditions (eg temperature), it may take some time. When connecting clear plaster materials, do a test first. If the surface is very loose, first treat with a penetrating primer or fixing agent.

Stains / residues

Remove adhesive residue immediately with water. Dry adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions

Store dry in the sealed package from +5°C to +25°C.
