Standards

• New generation sealant in powder form, vinyl base with glass beads, thixotropic, flexible, zero shrinkage and strong adhesion to any porous or non-porous surface. It provides long-term protection, is water-repellent, is not affected by ice or permanent moisture, even stagnant water, combining excellent sealing and waterproofing action. Does not show cracks when dry, even in 20mm deep fills.
  It is colored with DUROCOLOR POWDER – C pigments in a ratio of 3% by weight, creating 96 indelible shades or painted with plastic and acrylic colors 24 hours after its application. It is classified as a repair mortar in the PCR R2 category, according to EN 1504-3.
• SUPER FLEX POWDER by DUROSTICK is suitable for a multitude of applications for both professional and amateur use.
  Seals, without shrinking or peeling, any joint or crack in plaster, concrete, stone, joints in tiles, marble, glass bricks, tiles, decorative bricks, etc.
  Suitable for outdoor and indoor use.
  Effective for covering any micro-crack between dissimilar materials e.g. plaster, concrete with stone or ceramic, as well as for ceiling surfaces, without "hanging".
  Seals old damaged joints of decorative bricks of all types and natural stones that have disintegrated over time (old stone houses, monasteries, churches, etc.). The use of the DUROSEAL 600 multi-purpose promoting gun or the DUROSTICK EMPTY CARTRIDGE facilitates the application of the material.

Way of use

• 1. Surface preparation
  The surfaces must be clean, free of loose parts, dust, oils and must be wetted with water first.
• 2. Application
  Pour the amount to be used into a clean container with water in a ratio of 3 parts powder to 1 part water, mixing with a small metal spatula or in the large package, with a low-speed drill, until a homogeneous mass is created, without lumps.
  Place with a wet flexible metal spatula on the desired spot and press until the gap is filled.
  Smooth any imperfections with a fine metal spatula or the application spatula. Before the surface dries thoroughly, it is smoothed with a wet soft sandpaper.
• Consumption: Indicative 250gr covers 6 running meters of 5x5mm joint.
