READY COLD ASPHALT MIX

asphaltfix is ready-made cold asphalt. It is an ideal product for the repair of small surfaces in roads, airports, parking areas, etc.. It is a mixture of a special composition of aggregates and asphalt, so that it is easy during its application.

Product Use

Asphaltfix is a ready-to-use product, it can be applied easily and directly without the need for special equipment. It is the most economical and efficient solution for maintenance and repair of the road surface. Its main advantages are that no special surface preparation work is required before application and immediately after application the road can be given to traffic immediately. Its special composition allows it to harden as soon as it is concentrated in the environment, without losing its properties for as long as it will be kept packaged.

Application Instructions – How to Use

asphaltfix is very easy to apply. It can be used in all weather conditions and extreme ambient temperatures, no mixing required before application and no special tools or training required.

• Clean the puddle of any debris and remove any loose pieces around the hole.
• Fill the puddle with additional material, exceeding by 2-3 cm. the surface using a shovel.
• Compact the product by tapping with the back of a shovel or pressing down with a car tire.
• If necessary, top up with additional product and repeat the concentration until the desired level is achieved.
• One package of 25Kg is enough to cover and repair a surface of 1 square meter 2cm deep

Packaging and Storage

Available in 25kg plastic containers. As long as the package is not opened, it has a shelf life of up to 24 months. The packages can be stored indoors or outdoors and not exposed to direct sunlight

Prevention-Protection

The product is not classified as dangerous and toxic. Avoid prolonged skin contact.
