PREPARATION from the RENOVATION PERFECTION® range of water colors is a product specially designed for the pre-renovation preparation of smooth or distressed tile, marble and cement floors. It guarantees a uniform finish and an excellent paint result.
caution: Only for tiles, marble or cement, untreated or painted, to which no wax or oil has been applied.

PREPARATION:
Wash the floor with an alkaline cleaner in order to remove the greasy stains as effectively as possible.
APPLICATION:
1. Dilute the product in the required amount of water, and mix avoiding splashing. Wear protective gloves and goggles.
2. Apply the diluted* product evenly over the entire floor surface.
3. Scrub the surface vigorously with a broom or brush, paying close attention to the joints, then leave it on for another 30 minutes.
4. Rinse the surface with plenty of water. Repeat the process until all grease stains, washing residues or dust are completely removed from the cement. Allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours.
5. Apply RENOVATION PERFECTION FLOOR AND STAIRS water color as a final coating.* The dilution rate depends on the type of floor and its wear and tear.– Slightly worn or old cement: 1lt + 30lt of water– Fairly worn, smooth, non-porous floor: 1lt + 10lt of water. If deemed necessary the dilution rate can be increased.
