In addition to the paint, the container also includes the bag with the hardener, which you will find under the lid of the package.
PREPARATION:
SURFACE PREPARATION IS IMPORTANT.
WASHING the surface with an alkaline household cleaner (eg baking soda or green soap) is NECESSARY.
- On laminate, varnished or painted wood in good condition: wash, rinse thoroughly with water, allow to dry, sand lightly with sandpaper (No 240) and carefully remove dust.
- On Oak and Chestnut floors, apply a suitable primer to block the wood's natural tannins.
- On tiles: wash, rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry.
- On tiled floors that are already painted, but in good condition: wash, rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry.
- Sand lightly with sandpaper (No 240) and carefully remove the dust.
- On tiled floors that are already painted and in moderate condition: Sand with sandpaper (No 60 – 120 grit) to find the original surface. Carefully remove the dust, wash, rinse and let dry.
APPLICATION:
Paint at ambient temperatures between 12°C and 25°C, without drafts.
1. Pour all the hardener (it's the bag you'll find under the lid of the container) into the paint. Mix with the stirring spatula for at least 5 minutes, ensuring that all the ingredients from the bottom of the container and the hardener are well mixed.
2. Paint small areas at a time – starting with a brush at the edge of the room. Continue with roll and cross motions (up/down and then right/left). Let it dry for 3h and then apply the 2nd coat in the same way. After opening the container and adding the hardener, the paint must be used within 10 days so as not to reduce its strength and adhesion.
TIPS:
• Carefully clean the surface to be painted, using suitable mild detergents and a soft sponge.
• The maximum performance and adhesion of the paint is achieved 20 days after application. Do not stress painted surfaces by knocking, rubbing and vigorous cleaning for the first 20 days after application.
• For deeper cleaning & improvement of paint adhesion, clean the surfaces with the special PREPARATION FOR FLOORING floor cleaner of V33. ATTENTION: use is only indicated on untreated or painted tiles, marble or cement to which no wax or oil has been applied.
