Working conditions

To be applied at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. The product is cured by mixing the resin and hardener.

Surface requirements

The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease.

Preliminary surface treatment

Degrease the parts to be glued with methyl alcohol. Roughen smooth surfaces (sandpaper).

Tools

Mix the ingredients in the double syringe using the mixing bowl and spatula provided.

1:1

Cover

1 ml = approx. 1 cm2 at 1 mm film thickness.

Cartridge management / preparation

Remove the spatula from the side of the double syringe and the cap from the handle. Break the seal of the double syringe.

Instructions for use

Press out an equal amount of both ingredients onto the mixing tray provided. Mix these two equal parts well with the synthetic spatula. Apply the mixture, which at room temperature (+20°C) remains workable with the tool, for about 5 minutes as a thin layer on one of the two materials. Assemble the material and hold it in place for 20 minutes. Be careful not to move the parts after the glue has dried. After use, clean the nozzle with a cloth and place the special cap on the handle, on the double syringe. Resin and hardener should not come into contact with each other except for use.

Advice

Some types of synthetics cannot be bonded such as polyethylene and polypropylene. This can be tested by holding an incandescent copper wire against the synthetics. Is there a smell of wax? Then you can't stick it. Use a piece of masking tape to hold the parts in place as the glue sets.

Points of caution

Close tightly after use (note: always put the cap on in the same way, due to the sealing of the cap on the double syringe). For optimal performance it is important to create a larger amount of glue and mix it very well. The ripening time depends on the temperature. The glue does not harden below + 5 ° C.

Stains / residues

Remove wet stains immediately with warm soapy water. Dried adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions

The product must be stored with the package tightly closed in a dry, cool place, where there is no chance of ice formation.
