VIVE ROOF is a water-soluble white elastomeric sealant for roofs, parapets, skylights, tiled roofs and is the economical and reliable waterproofing solution. It has high elasticity and resistance to adverse weather conditions. VIVE ROOF is a certified cool color by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a high reflectance value (SR), a high emissivity coefficient (ε) and a high solar reflectance index. It significantly reduces the temperature of the roof in the summer by 3-5 degrees C thus reducing the need to use air conditioning and contributes to energy savings.
