- One component permanently elastic sealant, waterproofing & insulating material with a base SMP – Hybrid Polymer.
- It ripens with moisture.
- It is of neutral polymerization, odorless, without solvents, silicones and isocyanites.
- Environmentally friendly.
- Suitable for sealing vertical joints up to 40 mm.
Applications:
- Suitable for permanent elastic sealing, sealing, insulation, assembly and bonding in: Construction work, expansion joints of walls, above-ground structures of indoor and outdoor spaces, linings, patios, sanitary ware, decorations, aluminum constructions, iron constructions, hydraulic constructions, etc.
- For permanently elastic seals in industrial applications of iron, steel, metals, aluminium, wood, laminate, skirting, cork, plastics, concrete, stone, plaster, ceramics, mirrors.
- In the automotive industry, electrical installations, wood cladding.
- It is suitable for cases where, after applying the product, painting is required.
Instructions for use:
- The surfaces must be clean of dust, greasy elements and old adhesives.
- TURBO – FIX extra flex can be applied to many surfaces without a primer. However, where required, the use of a solder booster is recommended.
- The correct dimensioning of the joints (joints) is necessary for an excellent sealing.
- To apply the material, cut the tube, screw on the nozzle and spread the material in lines, using a gun or spatula, evenly on the surfaces to be welded.
- The thickness of the material depends on the surface of the materials to be welded.
- You adjust the connection within 30 minutes at the latest.
- The surfaces must remain stable for 24 hours.
- After application, the joints are cleaned and finished with TURBO TOP-FINISH.
- TURBO – FIX extra flex can be painted with water-based paints.
- Due to the variety of varnishes and colors available on the market, a preliminary test is recommended in each case.
Cleaning:
BEFORE: With TURBO TOP-CLEAN or with common cleaners, such as alcohol, turpentine, white spirit, nitrous solvent, etc.
META: The remaining material can be cleaned - fresh - with alcohol or, alternatively, removed with a spatula or knife.
