Reinforced adhesive for thermal insulation boards for walls and roofs

Cement-based adhesive, suitable for gluing heat-insulating panels made of expanded (EPS) or extruded (XPS) polystyrene, on vertical or horizontal surfaces, in exterior and interior spaces.

• Its fiber-reinforced composition contains resins of modern technology that give it special resistance to moisture, high adhesion to substrates made of concrete, plaster, bricks or cement blocks and the necessary flexibility required in its applications.
• It is suitable for gluing EPS and XPS thermal insulation boards to the facades of buildings, as well as coating them in combination with DUROSTICK's DS-4160 thermal facade reinforcement glass mesh.
• It is also recommended in roof thermal sealing systems (related COOL ROOF and COOL ROOF LIGHT systems).
• Safely welds EPS or XPS thermal insulation boards to desired thicknesses.
• The adhesive meets the requirements of EAD 040083-00-0404 for external thermal insulation systems. It is classified in category GP:CS IV/W2 according to EN 998-1.

• As glue: 2.5-4kg/m², depending on the trowel and the substrate
• As a top coat: 1.5kg/m²/mm to cover the glass mesh
