Properties

MARIFLEX® PU 30 is an elastic, thixotropic, one-component polyurethane sealant (mastic). Provides excellent adhesion, high elasticity and resistance to common chemicals and detergents, for indoor and outdoor applications

MARIFLEX PU 30 polymerizes with soil and air moisture.

It is used as a sealant in:

• medium mobility expansion joints
• cracks
• door and window frames
• precast concrete compounds
• plasterboard welding and sealing
• welding YTONG and ALFABLOCK
• floor / wall joints
