Description:
It is a specialized product, ideal for bonding and plastering thermal insulation boards, such as expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS) and stone wool, in external thermal insulation systems of buildings. It consists of cement, quartz sand with a maximum grain size of 0.5 mm, limestone fillers and improvement additives. The product THC 405 PLUS has very strong adhesion to all common substrates and thermal insulation boards, high elasticity, resistance to cold and moisture. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Complies with European EN 13499 and ETAG 004 standards.
Fields of Application:
- for the external thermal facade system (ETICS) of THRAKON
- Ideal for strong bonding of expanded polystyrene (XPS), extruded polystyrene (EPS), hard fiberglass, cork to concrete substrates, lightweight concrete, brick, cement blocks, aerated concrete (YTONG), self-leveling floors, plasters, flat masonry with full joints
- THC 405 PLUS glue, in combination with glass mesh, can be used to cover connections of different types of masonry (aerated concrete with concrete, brick with aerated concrete, etc.), to cover the channels in the masonry of electricians and plumbers, to reinforce the edges of the openings (in doors and windows) in order to avoid future cracks etc.
