SUPER WOOD GLUE 250ML BOTTLE D3 BISON

For moisture resistance and bonding of almost all hard, soft and exotic types of wood. Suitable for properly installed, unloaded timber structures using, for example, ring joints, dovetail joints, hinges, pins and springs. Suitable for indoor applications such as doors and furniture, for example living rooms and offices. For surface bonding of wood, hard and soft tile, chipboard, multi-plywood, MDF, paper, cardboard and fibreboard. Also suitable for laminating veneer and hard plastic sheet (HPL, Formica, Duropal, Resopal) on a wooden surface. EN 204 D2: Indoor spaces in which increased relative humidity is observed occasionally and for a short period of time, where the moisture level of the wood remains below 18%.

Working conditions

The ambient temperature, the adhesive and the materials to be welded must be at least + 5 ° C. Relative humidity up to 65%. Wood moisture level between 8% and 12%.

Surface requirements

The surfaces to be welded must be clean, dry and free of dust. Make sure the joints fit well without gaps.

Preliminary surface treatment

Oily types of wood must be properly degreased.

Tools

Fine toothed glue spatula (1mm), brush, roller, clamp or pressure.

Cover

2-4 m² / kg, applied on both sides, depending on the nature of the materials.

Instructions for use

Spread a thin layer of glue evenly on both surfaces using a brush or other tool. Leave to soak for a few minutes and join the two parts within the next 8 minutes. Press or use a clamp. Recommended pressure: 5 -10 kg/cm². For waterproof glues read the data sheets of Bison Wood Glue Extra and Bison Wood Construction Adhesive.

Advice

For water resistant gluing use Bison Wood Glue Super (EN 204 D3).

Stains / residues

Fresh stains are removed immediately and only with water. Dissolve dried stains with solvent and wipe with a cloth.

Storage conditions

Close the package tightly and store in a dry, cool place, where there is no chance of ice formation.
