- Ideal for sealing in kitchen applications such as kitchen worktop joints and cracks in wall and floor tiles, the sink and between wall tiles. Excellent adhesion to all materials inside and outside the kitchen, including glass, natural and synthetic stone, granite, peeled wood, cement, stainless steel and many other metals and synthetics. Ideal for applications that require high hygiene.
BEFORE USE
Working conditions
Apply only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Surface requirements
The surfaces must be dry, clean without dust, rust and grease.
Preliminary surface treatment
For an ideal result, cover the edges of the joints with masking tape. If necessary, prevent adhesion at three points by filling the joint with foam support rod with PE film

DURING USE
Cartridge management / preparation
- Use the silicone pistol (BISON Power Pistol) to handle the cartridge. Open the cartridge by cutting the plastic at the top of the cartridge with a sharp cutter (BISON
- Multi Tool)screw the nozzle and cut to the desired width.
Instructions for use
Pour the sealant evenly into the joint, using a sealant gun, and smooth within 5 to 10 minutes using an acid-free soap solution (use a wet finger or the BISON Multi tool for example). Remove the masking tape immediately after sanding and close the cartridge. After 15 minutes, a superficial skin will form. Curing 4 mm in 24 hours, depending on relative humidity and temperature.
Points of caution
- The cooker can be used after 3 hours (water resistant). The silicone is not yet fully cured, so do not touch or exert heavy loads. The contained quantity covers approximately 15 m of 6x6 mm joint. Store in tightly closed packaging in a cool place without the presence of ice.
- Shelf life of at least 15 months.
- Limited shelf life after opening.
AFTER USE
Stains / residues
Immediately remove stains with white spirit. The cured silicone can be removed mechanically.
Storage conditions
Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry place at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
