DS-255 Quartz acrylic mortar adhesion primer, solvent-free

Ready-to-use primer of a special acrylic base, without solvents, with quartz aggregates, enriched with improving additives.

• It stands out for its strong adhesion even on very smooth surfaces.
• It has excellent resistance to alkalis while at the same time acting as a barrier to incoming moisture, protecting the building from unwanted damage.
• It does not prevent the transpiration of buildings.
• It is necessary on surfaces where traditional thrown plaster is difficult to adhere to, such as extruded or expanded polystyrene placed for insulation on building facades.
• It prevents possible detachment of the plasters on internal and external surfaces from seismic vibrations as well as shrinkage of the insulating materials.
• Also ideal as a primer before the application of the D-6 cement mortar in the COOL ROOF THERMAL SEALING SYSTEM, as well as before the installation of the DS-250, DS-254 IRON Pressed Cement Mortars on tiles, marble or mosaic and DS-252 FLEX on floors of marine plywood or thoroughly cleaned sheet metal.
• Also suitable for substrates with underfloor heating.
