Before use

• The diameter of the hole and the shaft of the machine must be equal.
• Flanges and shaft must be undamaged and clean.
• Flanges should have equal diameters. The directional arrow on the disc blade must follow the rotation of the machine.

During operation

• Never work without safety glasses.
• Apply light pressure while cutting. Cutting speed is reduced by applying too much pressure. The heat generated during operation can cause wear, jamming and destruction of the blade. To drop the blade temperature occasionally lift the blade.
• Use the blade only for straight cuts. Avoid working the blade at an angle.
• If the blade becomes polished or its cutting ability is reduced you can sharpen it by cutting on some abrasive material such as sandstone.
• After changing blades make sure the arrow on the blade rotates in the correct direction.
• Never exceed the maximum rotation speed indicated on the product.
