QUARTZ PRIMER STRONG GRIP PRIMER

Vivechrom's STRONG GRIP PRIMER is a water-based quartz primer with strong adhesion, suitable for priming smooth and low-absorbency surfaces, such as exposed concrete, smooth painted surfaces, tiles, marble, mosaic, metal, glass, plasterboard, cement boards, thermal insulation polystyrene boards. It creates a rough surface and guarantees a strong adhesion for the coating that follows such as cement mortars, tile adhesives. It is also recommended for priming Vivechrom's VIVEFLEX 200W fibre-reinforced cement mortar, and improves the coverage and appearance of TOP ACRYLIC and TOP SILICONE thermal insulation plasters.
It is part of Vivechrom's THERMOPROTECT external thermal insulation system, which is certified with the CE mark according to the specifications of EAD 040083-00-0404. Certificate number: ETA -21/0442.
It is colored through the COLOR COMPOSITIONS system in 264 shades of the Vivechrom Exterior Color Collection fan.

Stir the product well before application with an electric mixer at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. For lightly absorbent surfaces, you can dilute STRONG GRIP PRIMER up to 10% with clean water. Apply one layer evenly with a brush or roller in such a way as to maintain its "embossed" texture. The surface is ready to be coated with cementitious mortar or heat-insulating plaster after about 2 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and humidity conditions.
To be applied at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C, and relative humidity up to 80%. Do not apply in case of impending rain or in direct sunlight and wind.
