Working conditions

Use the glue and the parts to be glued only at room temperature. The relative humidity should be below 65%. This is to prevent bubbles from forming in the final product. Once connected, re-customization is no longer possible. Always test on a (small) part of the surface first.

Surface requirements

The surfaces must be dry, clean, free of dust and grease with a good fit. Clean and disinfect surfaces to be bonded for best results.

Tools

Use a stiff brush or fine-toothed (1 mm) glue spreader to cover large areas. Use a roller or rubber mallet to firmly join the materials.

Product preparation

Mix well before use. Preferably it should not be diluted.

Instructions for use

Parts must be clean, dry and free of grease. Cover both surfaces completely. Allow to dry for at least 10-25 minutes. In case of porous material, apply a second layer and allow the adhesive to dry. Then join the surfaces and press or tap firmly.

Points of caution

For optimal results, both the glue and the parts to be welded must be at room temperature (do not use below + 10 ° C). The final weld strength depends on the applied pressure. Therefore, press as firmly as possible over the entire surface.

Stains / residues

Immediately remove liquid glue residue with acetone. Dried excess glue can only be removed mechanically or with paint remover (test first).

Storage conditions

Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry, cool place, where there is no possibility of ice formation. Shelf life of at least 24 months.
